Absolutely! Utah Scoop Squad offers dog waste removal services year-round. Even during Utah winters, we’ll be there to keep your yard clean. In snowy conditions, most of the waste is still easy to scoop, so we’ve got you covered!
At Utah Scoop Squad, the safety of our clients and their pups is our top concern. To keep every dog safe, we sanitize our equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade disinfectant between each yard to stop germs from spreading. We also snap gate photos after cleaning to confirm your pets are secure in the yard, and rest assured, all our team members are thoroughly background checked.
Unfortunately, Utah Scoop Squad doesn’t offer specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services. We’ll do our best to work around your schedule, but to keep costs down, we optimize our routes at midnight the day before service based on drive time efficiency.
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house. If you’d like us to take it off your property, just let us know, and we’ll arrange proper disposal!
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
You bet, Utah Scoop Squad loves working around dogs! We just ask that if your pup has shown any aggression, you keep them indoors during our visit. Keeping our team safe is a big priority. If your dog isn’t friendly with our crew, we’ll kindly ask you to secure them inside or we may need to skip your property on our route.
